​​​​​​How can a technical communicator build an Artifical Intelligence bot to respond and chat for product related help? This session would introduce AI systems and walk the audience on how to create and train their own Artificial Intelligence service instance, and the content strategy that would be required for this niche gap in the industry. The audience would also get a glimpse on how they can leveraged the power of the inherent DITA semantics and structure to respond precisely to questions on product functionality.
